The U.S. Marshal Service was the first federal law enforcement agency in the United States and early on, the officers wore the classic 5-point tin star version as shown in old westerns with rounded points, deeply embossed design with an interlocking handcuff motif. Pewter cast with textured, realistic details and packaged on a vintage Old West style card suitable for gift-giving. Clasp pin on the back. Not intended for official use by law enforcement.
